Traeger, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Northeast, visiting dealers and store staff, landing sell-in orders, and expanding Traeger's presence on the shop floor.

You will travel extensively across NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, RI, NJ, focusing on Platinum and Gold accounts and key specialty dealers. You will report to a Regional Field Sales Manager and own the shop floor while building partnerships with retailers.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or retail account management.
• Strong ability to drive sell-in and build store relationships.
• Willingness to travel and spend substantial time in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management & Sell-In: visit retailers, secure orders, and grow shelf presence.
• Training, Demonstrations & Events: conduct trainings, lead events, and participate in demos.
• Brand Elevation & Merchandising: maintain compelling displays and co-op marketing plans.
• Marketplace & Admin: monitor trends, keep CRM up-to-date, manage territory schedule.
