Job summary

VIOTAS seeks a Managing Director to lead its Texas business in a hybrid Houston-based role. You will own the Texas P&L, drive revenue growth and ensure the deployment of VIOTAS technology, serving large commercial, industrial and data centre customers in ERCOT.

You will build a high-performing local team, shape market strategy, and collaborate with the global leadership to align priorities and governance. This is a senior leadership opportunity in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with full accountability for commercial and operational performance.
• Deep ERCOT market knowledge—rules, ancillary services, interconnection and policy trajectory.
• Proven ability to own a P&L and deliver revenue and growth targets.
• Established network across the Texas energy sector or credible pathway to build one quickly.
• Ability to translate market and regulatory direction into strategy and operations.
• Strong leadership, team development and delivering through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Texas business end to end, owning market P&L and overall performance.
• Drive commercial growth, acquire and retain large energy customers, form partnerships.
• Oversee operations to ensure delivery of reliable technology and services.
• Maintain current ERCOT knowledge and position the business to capture value.
• Represent VIOTAS with ERCOT, utilities, regulators, customers and industry bodies.
• Build and develop a high-performing local team with a results-driven culture.
• Provide regular reporting to VIOTAS Board and Senior Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align strategy and product priorities.
