Veregy seeks a General Manager to provide executive leadership for growth, profitability, and operational excellence across sales, operations, engineering, and administrative functions in Texas.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive leadership and a proven ability to scale processes, drive accountability, and deliver substantial financial results in ESCO, mechanical contracting, HVAC, or related sectors. You will mentor teams and shape strategic accounts with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in ESCO, mechanical contracting, HVAC, energy services, facilities management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple management layers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of sales leadership, business development, and operations oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic growth initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Leads and mentors sales teams to exceed revenue and margin targets; drives organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
