Job summary

PlainsCapital Bank is looking for results-driven Relationship Managers to manage Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans. The ideal candidate will have strong credit underwriting skills and a full relationship banking approach, driving loan growth and providing comprehensive financial solutions.

Responsibilities include client interaction, developing new business, and managing existing portfolios, all while being active in the Texas community. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of commercial lending experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, with expertise in C&I and CRE financing.
• Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent underwriting experience).
• Proven ability to source, develop, and close commercial loan transactions in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing customized financial solutions to clients.
• Identify and structure transactions that align with credit policy and risk parameters.
• Manage deals from inception to close, ensuring smooth execution.
