Addison Group in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage a high-volume civil litigation caseload from inception through judgment. You will support attorneys in property tax, delinquent tax, and foreclosure matters, draft pleadings, filings, and correspondence, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of Texas civil litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience managing civil litigation matters from inception through judgment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with legal drafting, court filings, electronic filing systems, and deadline management.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through judgment.
• Assist attorneys with property tax, delinquent tax, and foreclosure litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Electronically file court documents and monitor filing requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate court settings, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
• Assist with trial preparation, evidence organization, and case documentation.
• Communicate with court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain organized case files, legal documents, and case management records.
• Track case activity, deadlines, and litigation progress across a high-volume caseload.
• Conduct legal and procedural research as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all assigned matters.
