Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years' litigation defense experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case.
• Regularly update team members on case status and alert attorneys to important client and case needs.
• Assist attorneys with discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms.
• Manage electronic case files using IManage.
• Prepare for trial by compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, subpoenas, exhibits, and attending trial.
• Gather and analyze complex medical records to prepare medical chronologies.
