The Case Development Intake Attorney at Thomas J Henry Law will manage a docket of about 50 cases, coordinating with a dedicated case manager to investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical damages. You will handle investigations, intake, and communication with clients and adjusters to facilitate case progression.

Requirements include a JD licensed in Texas, 0–3 years of PI experience, strong writing, and leadership abilities. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

• Investigate and develop case files with assigned manager.
• Secure accident reports, witness statements, and records.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; prepare status reports.
• Sign up cases and manage intake duties.
• Assist in case development to support litigation transfer.
• After-hours intake and new client sign-ups via DocuSign.
• Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards.
• Liaise with management and adverse adjusters to settle cases.
