The role involves after-hours contact, cross-functional teamwork, and leadership responsibilities to optimize case values and attorney fees.

Competenze

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• Strong client-service orientation with after-hours availability.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys preferred.
• Excellent writing and cross-functional team collaboration.

Mansioni

• Intake function and management of a docket of ~50 cases.
• Investigate, preserve evidence, secure reports and statements.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; prepare status reports.
• Assist in developing medical damages and case values.
• Liaise with management; handle case documentation and sign-ups.
