Job summary

Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of cases and coordinate with a dedicated case manager. You will investigate, preserve evidence, develop medical and triage cases, secure reports, orders, statements, and communicate with clients and adjusters while supporting the litigation team.

JD licensed in Texas; 0–3 years PI experience preferred; strong writing, leadership, and multi-tasking skills are essential to drive case

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 Years Personal Injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approximately 50 cases with a case manager.
• Investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage cases.
• Secure accident reports, witness statements, and drive client communications.
• Prepare monthly status reports and liaise between management and adverse adjusters.
