Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney in Texas. You will sign up new clients, assess cases, negotiate settlements, and manage early litigation steps while delivering excellent client service.

Beyond base compensation, you earn a 3% commission on all attorney fees collected and a $10,000 retention bonus, with strong benefits including 401(k), health coverage, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• JD required and must be licensed to practice in Texas.
• 0–3 years PI experience preferred.
• Valid TX driver’s license required.
• Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
