Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX. You will sign new clients, evaluate cases, negotiate settlements, and manage initial litigation while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed to practice in Texas.
• 0–3 years PI experience preferred.
• Valid TX driver’s license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Salary: $120,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)
Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus
