Job summary

Thomas J Henry Law is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. You will manage a docket of ~50 cases, investigate and develop medical and triage issues, secure reports, communicate with clients and adjusters, and assist in case transfer to litigation.

Responsibilities include client meetings, sign-ups, after-hours intake, and ensuring compliance with firm policies. JD with TX license and 0–3 years PI experience preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years personal injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Spanish a plus.
• Working on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Intake function and case development for a docket of cases.
• Investigate and develop commercial cases; gather and preserve evidence.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; sign up cases and manage signups.
• Prepare status reports and reviews for clients per firm policy.
• Ensure ethical and legal obligations of staff and maximize case values.
