Job summary

Stantec is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as the Business Center Practice Leader in the US Texas region. This role drives growth, leads pursuits, and manages strategic client relationships across multiple markets.

You will guide market strategies, ensure revenue targets are met, and collaborate with Principals to advance the BC’s visibility and performance. Travel is required; a strong track record in BD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in leadership, business development and consulting.
• Professional registration in related field preferred.
