Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth and delivery across the Texas region. You will lead pursuits, manage major client relationships, and help shape market strategy while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader, this seller/doer role requires strategic thinking, strong BD goals, and cross-functional collaboration with Principals and BC leaders to win key projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Business Center sales goals.
• Developing and executing market growth strategies.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of market opportunities and trends.
• Winning new projects with key clients.
• Developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Assessing and pursuing new markets and clients.
• Building Stantec’s external visibility and industry presence.
• Exceeding client expectations through strong account management and leading major client accounts.
• Meet client and proposal BD goals, including cross-selling initiatives (target 50% of time).
• Ensure at least 4 client feedback surveys per year and implement actions.
• Lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major BC opportunities.
• Drive client relationship strategy with Principals and BC leaders to improve client satisfaction.
• Forecast net revenue by period, quarter, and year end.
