Job summary

Otovo is seeking a Field Service Manager in Texas to lead field operations across the Midwest. You will supervise a team of 20–50 technicians, own day-to-day operations, field safety, and performance reporting.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll drive scheduling, KPI tracking, and incident resolution while traveling as needed to cover the territory and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing field service teams, ideally 20+ technicians.
• Must live in Texas and willing to cover Midwest territory with travel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience reviewing timecards and scheduling workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of 20-50 field service technicians
• Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and job coordination across the Midwest territory
• Champion field safety: enforce safety standards, conduct site checks, and address incidents
• Review and approve technician timecards
• Prepare and manage operational reports and track KPIs
• Report on team performance and results to the Regional Manager
