Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of 20-50 field service technicians
• Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and job coordination across the Midwest
• Champion field safety: enforce safety standards, conduct site checks, and address incidents
• Review and approve technician timecards
• Prepare and manage operational reports and track KPIs
• Report on team performance and results to the Regional Manager
