Job summary

Otovo SRL is seeking a Field Service Manager based in Texas to lead our field operations across the Midwest territory. You will oversee 20-50 field technicians, manage scheduling and daily operations, and ensure field safety and compliance.

You will be responsible for timecard approvals, KPI tracking, and reporting to the Regional Manager. Regular travel within the Midwest is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field service teams of 20+ technicians.
• Must live in Texas and be willing to cover Midwest territory.
• Strong field safety knowledge and compliance.
• Experience approving timecards and scheduling workforce.
• Ability to build reports and track KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of 20-50 field service technicians

• Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and job coordination across the Midwest territory

• Champion field safety: enforce safety standards, conduct site checks, and address incidents

• Review and approve technician timecards

• Prepare and manage operational reports and track KPIs

• Report on team performance and results to the Regional Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

• Must currently live in Texas and be able to cover the Midwest territory (regular travel required)

• Proven experience managing field service teams, ideally 20+ technicians

• Strong knowledge of field safety practices and compliance

• Experience approving timecards and managing workforce scheduling

• Comfortable building reports and tracking KPIs

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license
