Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Director to drive Yahoo's DSP advertising business with Independent Agencies. You will manage executive relationships, shape partnership strategy, and align agency priorities to drive revenue growth while delivering value for Yahoo and its agency partners.

You will influence decision-makers across PMG and other agencies, advocate for Yahoo DSP capabilities, and ensure success of joint initiatives across markets. This is a senior role within a global agencies team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in advertising, media or tech with agency relationships
• Proven ability to align agency priorities with revenue growth
• Experience navigating Independent Agency leadership and investment planning teams
• Track record delivering growth through partnerships and innovative solutions
• Deep understanding of the advertising agency ecosystem and decision processes
• Strong written and verbal communication across sales, partners, and clients

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships with PMG and other Independent Agencies
• Drive revenue growth by shaping partnership strategies
• Shape go-to-market and sales activation with agency partners
• Represent Yahoo DSP in agency leadership forums and events
• Leverage agency insights to inform product and GTM strategies
• Collaborate with sales and GAP teams to activate demand
• Cultivate trusted partnerships and drive share of wallet
• Stay informed on Yahoo capabilities and offerings
