Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Director to drive Yahoo DSP advertising with Independent Agencies. You will lead executive relationships, shape partnership strategy, and align agency priorities to grow revenue and deliver value for Yahoo and partners.

As a senior leader on the global agencies team, you will influence decision-makers across PMG and other agencies, advocate for Yahoo DSP and drive joint initiatives across markets. Flexible hybrid work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or technology building & leading trusted agency stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to cultivate executive-level agency relationships that drive growth and investment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of DSP landscape, programmatic features, and Yahoo's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across PMG and independent agencies.
• Drive revenue growth by shaping partnership strategies with agency partners.
• Shape Yahoo DSP go-to-market, sales activation, and ensure operational excellence.
• Champion customer voice to inform product and GTM strategies.
• Partner with Sales and GAP teams to activate demand and growth.
• Leverage agency stakeholder relationships to drive share shift.
• Represent Yahoo DSP in agency leadership forums and industry events.
• Stay informed about Yahoo capabilities through learning and on-site training.
