Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years of experience administering Academic Testing.
• Strong computer skills and experience with an enterprise-wide information and reporting system.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication to interact with diverse people.
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues; flexible hours.
• Experience with Banner and Argos reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate computerized and virtual tests for regular placement, ESL placement, and program entrances.
• Ensure evening and weekend tests are staffed with trained proctors.
• Review placement test results and student records in Banner; place holds as needed.
• Communicate revisions on placement materials to stakeholders and students.
• Provide customer service, greet visitors, answer questions, and dispense information.
• Maintain testing materials securely and ensure proper access control.
• Administer outside tests including CLEP and Credit by Exam.
• Utilize Banner, Argos, Starfish, Canvas, FAMIS, and Kronos to support students and staff.
• Arrange seating and prep test materials for each session; ensure adequate staffing.
• Deliver clear presentations to examinees and maintain accurate testing environment.
