Job summary

The University of Iowa Exam Services is seeking a Testing Services Coordinator (50% appointment) to support student success by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth testing experience. You will verify exam needs in MAUI and ensure details in ICON, while navigating Honorlock, PEP, ICON, MAUI, and Proctor App for technical support.

Responsibilities include consulting with instructors on exam issues, assisting with academic integrity reviews, and resolving delivery problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in a higher education setting.
Experience (typically 6 months – 1 year) in an educational setting.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; seek guidance when needed.
Evening hours may be required; weekend coverage for exam integrity reviews during finals weeks.
Focus on exam integrity review and supporting instructors, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

Consult with instructors to identify and resolve exam-related issues by reviewing and updating exams.
Assist with academic integrity review and documentation.
Resolve exam delivery issues and seek solutions to recurring problems.
Navigate systems including Honorlock, PEP, ICON, MAUI, and Proctor App to provide support.
