Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is hiring a part-time Testing Coordinator to support statewide testing initiatives for CNA and QMA programs. You will manage applications, validate records, and support exam delivery partnerships.

Responsibilities include data entry, fee processing, and coordinating with testing centers and training programs. The role requires strong organization and communication skills, with most work performed in-office and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with general document processing and managing complex schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate large volumes of work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software; experience with Teams, Google Docs, and Zoom.
• In-state travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming applications, validate records, and track status.
• Coordinate candidate calls/emails regarding status and inquiries.
• Coordinate application and testing fee payments.
• Collaborate with campus testing centers on candidate approvals.
• Coordinate with training programs on group scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of secure data and transactions.
• Maintain testing and candidate files.
• Process, data entry, and validate paperwork for testing within client timeframes.
• Input data into testing databases and generate reports.
• Upload data to IDOH and other clients.
• Work primarily in-office with occasional work-from-home opportunities.
