Job summary

Purdue University is seeking a Testing Services Specialist for the Indianapolis campus. You will independently manage and coordinate testing services, exam preparation, and related activities under supervision, ensuring compliance with FERPA and campus policies.

You will handle multiple priorities, support students and instructors, and advise on testing requirements while contributing to workflow improvements within Purdue Testing Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two years of related professional experience in testing administration, student support, higher education operations, or a related area.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered in accordance with University guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned testing services and operational activities within Purdue Testing Services (PTS).
• Oversee day-to-day exam preparation and testing activities and analyze testing information, accommodations, instructor directions, and requirements.
• Explain and interpret PTS policies, practices, procedures, and testing requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Forecast and analyze data to prepare for testing administration needs and develop solutions for testing, technology, and logistic issues.
• Identify minor workflow, documentation, and system improvements and implement approved changes within the area of responsibility.
