Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus four years of professional student services work experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Doctoral degree may substitute for two years of professional experience.
• Thorough knowledge of CSU systemwide policies, campus policies, ADA, FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of exam accommodations and proctoring for DSS students.
• Lead Testing team and coordinate exam scheduling, delivery, and service from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Serve as primary contact for DSS students, staff, faculty and campus partners.
• Consult with faculty on exam details, ensure online exams in Canvas have correct accommodated time.
• Advise students on scheduling issues and improve service quality; update department policies.
• Ensure exam integrity and collaborate with Student Conduct and DSS staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or related field

Doctoral degree in a relevant field (substituting for experience)
