Cal Poly's Disability Resource Center is seeking a Senior Testing Coordinator to ensure secure, fully accommodated exam administration and manage testing operations on campus. You will coordinate testing logistics, supervise staff, mentor professionals, and collaborate with faculty and Access Specialists to uphold ADA, FERPA, and accessibility standards in a supportive environment for student success.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job-related field.
• Two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or in a related field.
• A master’s degree in a job-related field may be substituted for one year of the professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the DRC Testing Center with a focus on timely, secure, and fully accommodated exams.
• Coordinate testing logistics, supervise student staff, and mentor professional staff.
• Collaborate with faculty and Access Specialists to uphold institutional, legal and accessibility standards.
• Maintain an inclusive testing environment and uphold testing integrity.
