Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and FERPA regulations as they relate to accommodations and exam administration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple exams, schedules, and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining testing standards.
• Ability to learn assistive technology and accessible testing tools and troubleshoot common issues.
