Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure data-driven decisions across campus. You will create high-quality testing environments, coordinate accommodations, and collaborate with the national Assessment Team to support teachers and leaders in preparing students for state and national assessments.

You will manage training, testing materials, and schedules, while engaging families and ensuring compliance with testing policies and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, 48+ college credits preferred.
• Educational experience preferred; testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students take all tests with proper accommodations.
• Collaborate with campus IT to prepare computers for online testing.
• Communicate testing schedules to families and staff.
• Prepare testing bins 72 hours before tests and review contents.
• Audit accommodations with SPED, ELL, 504, RTI as applicable.
• Lead campus testing trainings and coordinate with national team.
