Job summary

IDEA Public Schools in Austin seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take all required tests in a proper testing environment. You will work with campus partners to implement approved accommodations and support data-driven decisions for student success.

You will collaborate with the national Assessment Team, train staff, coordinate testing schedules, and ensure readiness of testing materials and IT systems across the campus, contributing to college-bound outcomes for scholars.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ college credits preferred.
• Experience: testing experience valued; educational experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate campus testing plan for every assessment.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure online testing readiness.
• Lead testing training for staff and proctors.
