Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is looking for a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take all required tests in proper environments and with approved accommodations. You will work with campus partners to secure testing readiness and accurate data to support leadership decisions.

You will organize testing plans, coordinate IT readiness, and train staff on testing policies, while communicating with families to ensure smooth, compliant assessments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 48+ college credits preferred.
• Educational experience preferred; testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high-quality testing environments for district, state, and national assessments.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate campus testing plans and timelines to staff and families.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure computers used for online testing are ready.
• Audit accommodation and materials for SPED/ELL/504 within testing timelines.
• Lead campus testing trainings and biweekly meetings with SPED/ELL coordinators.
• Monitor testing systems and ensure 100% of students are tested in the correct format.
