Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure students participate in all required tests in optimal environments. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and IT to manage testing logistics, accommodations, and communications.

The role focuses on building reliable testing processes, training staff, and coordinating schedules and resources to support 100% student testing completion and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Educational experience preferred, testing experience valued; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.
• Superior organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high-quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Own learning through TC TEAMS group and trainings and read materials as assigned.
• Create and communicate campus testing plans for all district/state/national assessments.
• Coordinate testing schedules and accommodations with staff and families as required.
