Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure data-driven decisions across campuses. You will create testing plans, supervise test administration, and coordinate with IT and teachers to ensure compliant testing environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with campus leaders, adherence to schedules, and focus on student success in district, state, and national assessments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students take all appropriate tests with approved accommodations.
• Develop campus testing plan for district/state/national assessments.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure online testing readiness.
• Attend trainings with the national Assessment Team and lead testing sessions.
• Communicate testing schedules and updates to families and staff.
• Prepare testing materials and manage testing logistics 72 hours before tests.
