You will schedule proctored admissions and exams, prepare materials, and maintain a quiet, secure testing environment while assisting applicants, students, and faculty.

• Experience with MS Office.
• Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.
• Follows basic work routines and standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to West Coast University applicants/candidates, students, and faculty with academic testing parameters according to WCU, ADA, and testing agency requirements.
• Schedule proctored admissions and challenge exams; schedules term/semester tests and make-up tests.
• Prepare, assemble, and transport appropriate test materials to test sites to maintain confidentiality and security.
• Evaluate testing environment prior to, during, and after a proctored test to ensure test security, integrity and quiet atmosphere.
