Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking an Accommodation Specialist to support a well-known Ivy League university's testing and academic support operations in Philadelphia. You will administer exams, verify identities, and maintain a secure, welcoming testing environment for students with approved accommodations.

This role suits candidates with customer service, administrative support, education, or exam proctoring experience, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 10:00 AM–6:00 PM hours.

Qualifications

• BA degree required.
• Experience in customer service, admin support, education, student services, or exam proctoring preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor exams for students receiving approved accommodations.
• Verify student identity and maintain testing security and integrity.
• Prepare testing rooms and materials before scheduled exams.
• Ensure accommodation guidelines are followed accurately and consistently.
• Assist students with check-in procedures and answer basic testing-related questions.
• Monitor testing sessions and document any incidents or irregularities.
• Maintain confidential student and testing information.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working with students, faculty, and staff.
