Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate.
• Minimum three years’ teaching experience.
• Strong written and oral language skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with diverse audience.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments.
• Ability to conduct training and facilitate professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TSI test preparation sessions for students throughout the school year.
• Administer practice exams and track student outcomes.
• Analyze results and develop SMART goals for college readiness.
• Collaborate with campus staff to embed TSI strategies into curriculum.
• Promote TSI test preparation opportunities by the District.
• Administer the TSI assessment to students at assigned campus.
• Provide direct student support by offering scheduled TSI tutoring sessions.
• Compile reports related to compliance activities and student performance.
• Attend annual TSI professional development for current strategies.
