Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of general office experience.
• Strong computer and Internet skills.
• Working knowledge of modern office practices, machinery, and procedures.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, answer inquiries, and provide information.
• Assist students with registration forms and determine appropriate testing.
• Complete intake procedures and assign classes based on goals and scores.
• Administer placement assessment tests in paper/pencil or online formats.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure proper testing and placement.
• Maintain accurate records of testing information and classRosters.
• Conduct orientations for new adult education students and follow up on start dates.
