Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) required, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of prior Test Engineering experience required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Engineering, and Program Offices to ensure test readiness and issue resolution.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test procedures aligned with product specs.
• Partner with Test Equipment Engineering to define/improve test hardware and software for robust test capability.
• Support production testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with hardware under test and test equipment management.
