Job summary

RTX in the United States seeks a Production Test Engineer to ensure test processes meet design and data package requirements across development, production, and depot stages. You will troubleshoot hardware, develop test flows, and improve yields in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.
• Leads root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
• Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package (drawings, instructions, manuals).
• Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of product or test equipment.
• Leads projects and is responsible for execution in a fast-paced environment.
