Raytheon, Forest, MS, is seeking a Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). This onsite role focuses on designing, validating, and improving manufacturing test processes to ensure product quality and reliability across complex defense systems.

You will collaborate with a multi‑discipline team to analyze data, translate engineering requirements into production methods, lead improvement projects, and participate in internal design

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing with a multi-disciplinary team to improve yields.
• Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
• Creating and overseeing improvement projects.
• Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations.
• Participating in internal design reviews of Prime Hardware and test environments.
