Job summary

This onsite role focuses on designing, validating, and improving manufacturing test processes to ensure product quality and reliability across complex defense systems.

You will collaborate with a multi‑discipline team to analyze data, translate engineering requirements into production methods, lead improvement projects, and participate in internal design

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing with a multi-disciplinary team to improve yields.
• Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
• Creating and overseeing improvement projects.
• Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations.
• Participating in internal design reviews of Prime Hardware and test environments.
