Job summary

Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support electronics test and evaluate test processes and equipment. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure hardware meets specifications and to develop robust test methods.

You will train technicians and junior engineers, translate complex data into actionable slides, and participate in process improvement, with travel likely <10%. Onsite in Forest, MS, supporting DoD-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Root cause analysis and resolution of test failures.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Test Procedures.
• Work with RF systems and test equipment.
• Analyze test data and verify hardware meets specs.
• Maintain STE and replacement planning.
• Create clear, concise slides from complex data.
• Train technicians on procedures and troubleshooting.
• Mentor entry level Test Engineers on processes.
