Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Test Technician to perform in-house commissioning, troubleshooting and final testing across Texwrap, Tekkra and SRX systems. You will work with service and engineering to improve products, diagnose root causes and ensure quality before customer delivery.

The role involves installation, startup, and field training, plus reporting on installations and performance. Strong Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI skills, plus travel readiness, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• 5 years' experience repairing and troubleshooting packaging equipment.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC, servo, and HMI programming.
• Travel up to 25% and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• In-house commissioning, troubleshooting and final testing of Texwrap, Tekkra and SRX systems.
• Collaborate with service and engineering to improve product lines and delivery quality.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes and resolve operational issues at customer locations.
• Install and startup systems; train personnel in field and in-house.
• Submit reports on installations, warranty repairs, and performance to service manager.
