Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Test Technician in Minnesota to support and debug test processes in manufacturing. You will perform debug activities, maintain testers, and train Test operators while communicating issues to Test Engineers and leadership.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with 24/7 operations support as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test or manufacturing.
• 2-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Debug and test assemblies to component level using schematics and block diagrams.
• Maintain and upkeep testers.
• Train and support Test operators; escalate issues with Test Engineers.
• Assist in root cause analysis and experiments for failure analysis.
• Suggest equipment needs to leadership for product debug areas.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen activities.
