Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a testing/debug environment.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred or equivalent.
• Proficient reading of electrical schematics.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global operation.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring due care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs debug and test assemblies to component level using diagrams and schematics.
• Maintains testers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoots operator problems; collaborates on training and process improvements.
• Provides training and ongoing support to Test operators.
• Communicates problems to Test Engineer or leader and documents issues.
• Assists in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Suggests equipment needs to leadership or Test Engineers for product debug areas.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
