Alignment Engine Inc. is hiring for an electronics test technician to run production test stations, execute test procedures, and triage failures. You will maintain calibration schedules and ensure traceability throughout the testing process, supporting on-site operations at Chillicothe, OH.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing or lab operations, with strong documentation habits and a commitment to quality. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus - a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Run production test stations: load modules, execute test suites, read results, and route failures for analysis.

What you\'ll do:

• Operate functional and burn-in test stations
• Execute test procedures and log results
• Perform first-pass failure triage
• Maintain station calibration schedules
• Keep accurate traceability records

What you\'ll bring:

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations

• Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued

Full training provided - no prior industry experience required.

Pay range: $52,000 - $70,000 per year
