Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a technically high-reaching engineer to develop and operate automated test equipment for avionics flight hardware supporting New Glenn. You will lead test campaigns, coordinate with product teams and labs, and drive quality across environments.

The role requires a strong background in electronics test, embedded systems, and hands-on leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering or related field with electronics test focus.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building automated test execution frameworks for embedded systems.
• Experience leading small teams on fast-paced projects and coordinating multiple test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test equipment for avionics test campaigns and lab testing.
• Own development processes for box-level avionics tests for New Glenn.
• Coordinate with avionics product teams and environmental labs for test execution.
• Mentor and mentor junior engineers while driving quality and timely delivery.
