Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering or related field with electronics focus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience in fast-paced projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test equipment for avionics hardware.
• Plan and implement environmental acceptance and qualification test campaigns.
• Own development processes for box-level avionics test campaigns for New Glenn.
• Coordinate with product teams, labs, and external test facilities.
