This job will be part of the Worldwide Sales / Field Operations Group, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to sustain Keysight's market leadership. The successful candidate will plan and execute custom solutions based on Keysight hardware and software, combining Hardware + Software + People = Insight. The position is remote within the United States, preferably in a metro area with a strong electronics industry. We seek candidates with significant industry expertise and an extensive professional network to enhance our team of test experts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex projects to deliver on time and within budget
• Defining custom service quotes
• Documenting customer requirements
• Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
• Obtaining required approvals from Revenue and Legal
• Scheduling meetings and project reviews with teams and customers
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Tracking project progress against plans and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in technical project management
• Experience in Electronics/High Tech industry
• PMP certification (highly desired)
• Familiarity with TaskRay project management tool (highly desired)
• Experience with test and measurement products and automation software
• Knowledge of Keysight TAP, Python, and automation languages
• Excellent communication skills for documentation, meetings, and client interactions
• Strong organizational skills and effective planning
• Ability to drive a company vehicle and be physically capable of transporting test equipment
• Understanding of Keysight instruments and delivery requirements
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US government clearances
• Experience in closing business with US primes and securing contract funding
• Approximately 25% travel required
