Keysight's Global Solutions Delivery Team is seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing custom solutions for our customers, based on Keysight hardware and software. We refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight. For this position, you can reside anywhere in the United States, preferably in a metro area with a significant electronics industry. We seek an individual with significant industry expertise and an extensive network of professional contacts to augment our team of test experts.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex projects to deliver on time and on budget, including:
• Defining custom services quotes
• Documentation of customer requirements
• Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
• Managing required approvals from Revenue and Legal
• Scheduling team and customer meetings and project reviews
• Interfacing and building relationships with customers and internal teammates
• Tracking progress against the project plan and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years' experience in technical project management
• Experience in Electronics/High Tech industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired
• Understanding of the TaskRay project management tool is highly desired
• Experience with test and measurement products and test automation software
• Working knowledge of Keysight TAP, Python, and automation programming languages
• Excellent communication skills for documenting customer requirements, creating statements of work, and leading project meetings
• Highly organized with effective use of planning tools and successful project execution
• Ability to drive a company-provided vehicle and be physically fit to transport test equipment (field position)
• Understanding of Keysight instruments, their general use, and delivery requirements
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US government clearances
• Deep understanding of closing business with US Primes and achieving contract funding
• Approximately 25% travel may be required
