This job will be part of the Worldwide Sales / Field Operations Group, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to sustain Keysight's leadership in the market. Keysight's Global Solutions Delivery Team seeks a talented and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing custom solutions for our customers, based on Keysight hardware and software. We refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight. This position is remote within the United States, preferably in a metro area with a significant electronics industry. We seek candidates with significant industry expertise and a broad network of professional contacts to enhance our team of test experts.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex projects to deliver on time and within budget, including:
• Defining custom services quotes
• Documenting customer requirements
• Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
• Managing required approvals from Revenue and Legal
• Scheduling team and customer meetings and project reviews
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Tracking progress against project plans and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience in technical project management
• Experience in Electronics/High Tech industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with TaskRay project management tool preferred
• Experience with test and measurement products and test automation software
• Knowledge of Keysight TAP, Python, and automation programming languages
• Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements, creating SOWs, and leading meetings
• Highly organized with effective planning skills
• Ability to drive a company vehicle and transport test equipment
• Understanding of Keysight instruments and delivery requirements
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. government clearances
• Experience closing business with U.S. primes and securing contract funding
• Approximately 25% travel required
