Responsibilities

This job will be part of the Worldwide Sales / Field Operations Group, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to sustain Keysight's leadership in the market. Engineers and scientists in over 14,000 companies use Keysight offerings to research, design, develop, manufacture, install, and maintain electronic components, devices, subsystems, and systems. They interface with Keysight's global network of direct sales, support, and indirect channel partners.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our Global Solutions Delivery Team. The successful candidate will plan and execute custom solutions based on Keysight hardware and software, emphasizing Hardware + Software + People = Insight. This position can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in a metro area with a significant electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have industry expertise and a broad network of professional contacts to enhance our team of test experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects to deliver on time and within budget, including:
• Defining custom services quotes
• Documenting customer requirements
• Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
• Managing approvals from Revenue and Legal
• Scheduling meetings and project reviews with teams and customers
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Tracking project progress against plans and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Experience in the Electronics/High Tech industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with TaskRay project management tool preferred
• Knowledge of test and measurement products and test automation software
• Proficiency with Keysight TAP, Python, and automation programming languages
• Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements, creating SOWs, and leading meetings
• Strong organizational skills and effective use of planning tools
• Ability to drive a company vehicle and transport test equipment, as this is a field role
• Understanding of Keysight instruments and delivery requirements
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US government clearances
• Experience closing business with US Primes and securing contract funding
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
