This job will be part of the Worldwide Sales / Field Operations Group, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to sustain Keysight's leadership in the market. Challenge your engineering skills and enjoy a rewarding experience! Keysight's Global Solutions Delivery Team seeks a talented Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will plan and execute custom solutions for our customers, based on Keysight hardware and software. We refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight. This position can be remote within the United States, preferably in a metro area with a significant electronics industry. We seek candidates with substantial industry expertise and a broad network of professional contacts to strengthen our team of test experts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, including:
• Defining custom services quotes
• Documenting customer requirements
• Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
• Managing required approvals from Revenue and Legal
• Scheduling team and customer meetings and project reviews
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Tracking project progress against plans and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in technical project management
• Experience in Electronics/High Tech industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with TaskRay project management tool preferred
• Knowledge of test and measurement products and test automation software
• Familiarity with Keysight TAP, Python, and automation programming languages
• Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements, creating SOWs, and leading meetings
• Strong organizational skills and effective use of planning tools
• Ability to operate a company vehicle and transport test equipment, as this is a field role
• Understanding of Keysight instruments and delivery requirements
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US government clearances
• Experience closing business with US primes and securing contract funding
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
